I feed mine Kirkland Nature's Domain kibble, and Fresh Pet Select moist food. She loves them both.

One can never have too many light bars.
The Kirkland Dog food (like most kirkland products) is super high quality. It's made by Diamond Pet Foods which is made off 100% Amerian Sourced ingredients.

I feed my boxer Merrick. I recently switched from Nutro natural choice. I original planned on switching him to Blue Buffalo but after looking more into Blue Buffalo people highly recommend Merrick instead due to better quality ingredients

No doubt. We have 5 dogs ( well, 2 a half) chihuahua, yorkiepoo, and mini schnauzer only equal 3 quarters of a dog. The other 2 are a 100 pound dobie and our yellow lab.

We can't afford blue buffalo or taste of the wild with the way those pigs eat. We tried nutro and the dogs went on a hunger strike and didn't eat for almost a week.
They get boiled chicken breast and rice about 2 times a month.

The girls are on 4Health from Tractor Supply. I mix three different flavors.

Used to use Nutro Max but wanted a different brand and the 4Health was rated better than the Nutro and is cheaper than the Blue Buffalo's.

The sad thing is so many dog food brands are full of fillers and byproducts that have absolutely no nutritional value to them like cardboard. Lots of the cheaper brands import grains from china. Some of these dog foods have even killed dogs. So be careful of what you buy..

You should do more research. Diamond pet foods manufactures a TON of foods, and many of them source ingredients from China. Diamond has been involved in some of the biggest recalls in recent years due to their lack of quality control in their manufacturing. The risk of cross contamination is huge with Diamond, because each company is responsible for their own ingredients and Diamond produces many foods that they do not own. They don't independently test other company's ingredients prior to manufacturing them, so if food A runs through the machines with salmonella, all the foods after that are contaminated, which is why when they have a recall it is usually massive.

During their last recall a few years ago, it was also found out that Diamond was manufacturing food and then letting it sit for 4-6 weeks before bagging it. The reason for that was that they had a massive amount of ingredients they could buy on the cheap and not enough bags produced to package it, so they had to wait for the bags. THEN they were marking the Best By date from the date of bagging, not manufacturing. Shady at best.

I had a dog when I was kid, black lab. We fed him table scraps, meat, vegetables, fruits, ice cubes, noodles etc. The dog thrived but filled the yard with poop. A farmer wanted him so my Dad gave it to him. I came home one day and no more midnight (dogs name). Bad day for a kid. I lost my dog. And a lot more garbage

Lots of choices available... And I mean, besides food made as a loss leader for the cereal industry...

Primal, Vita Essentials, Stella and Chewies, Orijen, Fromm GF, and Wild Callings.

Anyone feeding the regular Blue Buffalo, I encourage you to see if your retailer has Fromm Gold. It will be a few bucks cheaper and the ingredient panel will read similar if not a little better. Fromm has been around for 100+ years, never been recalled, family owned, runs a 60 employee plant in Wisconsin. Great company.
