.. Do you use any post processing or just take it right from the camera?

Some of the pictures you guys post are fantastic. I am just wondering what you do to them before posting here, if anything. Are these photos RAW or JPEG? And when you post it here, are you using a photo hosting site like PhotoBucket or whatever, or just put it on here and embed it in the post?

    Thanks!

Open your pictures that you have uploaded to TW. Then right underneath the picture, underneath the red letters, copy that text, then past it in your message. Like this.

Hey! That photo looks familiar! Lol. Yea, I know how to put them in my posts, but I was looking to see what people did to the photos before hosting them and how where they hosting them (TW, Photobucket, etc) to allow them to post them here.

    But thanks for the help!

That is what I am using right now. I do notice the file size is small. I wonder if I am losing anything in my shots by hosting them here. I could just suck lol, which is highly probable. But I would like to see what people are using.

I do some post processing and use a paid website. Do not use photobucket if you are looking to preserve quality. Same with TW. If you would like a free account, use Flickr. I save my files in PNG format.

I'm going to check out flicker. Perhaps that is why my shots don't seem as sharp once I upload them. Thanks!

This picture was taken directly from my computer using the manage attachments button below the reply to post window. It is a JPG with no modifications, from my ten megapixel camera

Nice truck! Love the look of the DCLB. My shots don't look bad, but some shots look just amazing.

I gotta check flickr out. Host a pic on both and compare. That is a cool shot BTW.

I didn't ask for comments about the quality of my photography. I was just answering the original poster.

I was not commenting on your photography, but on the image quality (that is, after all, what we are discussing about here.)
