    These would be better with sharp focus. The snow messes up Auto Focus. I'd think using live view and manual focus would be best.

    If it stopped snowing, this would be a bad ass shot in the late afternoon with some off camera flash. Keep the background exposed and add some flash to light that.

    Too bad it's a Subby though...ha ha!

    Canon T1i :crapstorm:

    The only reason I went with canon was that they have a loyalty program where I send in an old broken point and shoot and they send you a refurbed camera for way cheaper. I got the entire kit (w/ the 18-55 is) for $500.

    Plus I was already used to the canon menus from our old cam.

    Nothing at all wrong with Canon's. I have the T2i and I am very pleased with it. My friend has the T1i and takes a lot of awesome photos with it.

    You don't have to justify buying Canon, they make some of the best cameras out there, as does Nikon and some of the other big names. It's the person behind the camera that counts, doesn't matter if it's a Nikon D3 or a Kodak 110 film camera.

    you have no idea what youre talking about! Pro gear makes Pro photos! i have to have the D3x and the 14-24, 24-70, 70-200, and 600mm lenses! THAT makes a good photographer
