I would be careful with this. A lot of those shots have had a ton of post processing done to them and what you see really isn't what you'll get when you push the button.

Photographers like Henri Cartier-Breeson shot with much less and their photos continue to be representative of their specific styles proving it's not so much what you use to make the picture but how you use it.

If your looking at review sites, try stevesdigicams. In depth reviews of all camera types, with actual pics and comparisons. And he pulls no punches, calls crap, crap.

Very valid point. I kinda take it for granted that I've got a lot of experience with post processing and can usually spot what's PP and what's straight OOC.

My only comment is size and shape. Otherwise, seems like it'll get the job done

Along with my DSLR, I have a couple of point and shoots. A Pentax Optio A10 and a Nikon Coolpix L22. I thought I lost my Pentax, so my wife got me the Nikon. Less than a year later, I drop the Nikon and bust the battery door, then about 2 weeks later, I find the Pentax.

Both nice cameras for taking snapshots, and in a pinch, I could also make photographs with them. I liked the Nikon because it takes regular AA batteries.
