Thoughts on the 41 Megapixel Nokia Lumia 1020

As an amateur photographer I'm intrigued on having an always-ready-for-the-moment backup when I don't have my DSLR. Thoughts? (Disregard the make and OS its running, I'm just talking in terms of phone with such photography potential)

The 1020 housing is in the middle. A current-day phone camera housing is on the right.
