My cousin just finished this vid. It contains a little bit of all my trips to St Anthony.

Who wants to join me next time?! Too cold for the bikes to go with me now.

 

It's getting close to time for one. Or whiskey if I go sit in the deer stand.

Already dark here. Goddamn daylight savings time.
Plus I get to work so damn early that I could only hunt for about 20 minutes before I'd have to leave.
And no Sunday hunting in Maine means that I'm limited to Saturdays

 

:shrug: central time here and I'm working from home currently. Probably done for the day right now so if we get someone to watch the kiddo I think the wife and I might try our luck...

No hunting on Sunday? That's some messed up shit.

 

A throwback to the days of rampant religiousity. And now every time we try to get it changed the anti-hunting wankers in the southern part of the state vote it down. Annoying. But now I must stop before I offend somebody.

LOL, only part of that we have here is no beer sales before noon on Sundays. Sitting with a drink in your stand Sunday morning though is completely normal.

I've been feeling good in my old church's fellowship hall multiple times. Not on Sunday mornings though. Heck, I think the current church serves beer before noon for their annual picnic. Freewill donations get around that Sunday morning beer sales law. Good old Lutherans.

 

I used to go to church still drunk from the night before smelling like a damn bar and all. Course I don't do that anymore now I wake up and play video games. less judgment

 

Same here. Heck I'll still go ride 4 wheelers till 2-3 in the morning this summer and still make church at 8:30 (but I do cut back on some of the drinking). I'll sleep when I'm dead. Judgment never bothered me. I know I'm not perfect.
