The Monthly Multi Photography Challenge Thread

Okay fellas. By request we are doing another photography challenge thread. This one is a MONTH long. You have the entire month to go out a shoot for these challenges.

PLEASE READ THESE RULES BEFORE POSTING A PICTURE!

1) Anyone can submit!! Don't feel like that just cause you don't have a fancy DSLR or something you can't participate Its not about the camera, but the person holding it.

2) NO ARCHIVED PHOTOS! you must shoot a new shot! and it must be done during this MONTH!

3) 1 photo per person PER challenge!

4) Read the current challenge to see if it outlines specific rules for compositions, exposures, locations, subjects, ect....

5) You may submit for ANY of the 4 challenges!!

6) You man only submit ONCE per challenge, you can not use the same photo for multiple challenges

Sorry, no prizes.

Get out and shoot!

Please keep the photo to under 1200 pixels long edge too

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE in you submission post which challenge your submitting to so i don't have to guess

Remember, unless otherwise stated you can interpret it as much as you want, feel free to ask any questions if you want clarification.

Challenge 1 by Eric: Fake Miniature effect, any place, any time, any subject.

Challenge 2 by TJ: Light streaks!! Any place, any subject....sorta any time, i guess

Challenge 3 by Monte: Panning, subject needs to be moving when photo was taken. Any place, any time, any subject.

Challenge 4 by Monte due to forfeit of TJ: Landscapes! Any time, any place, any subject.

SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE MAY 30TH at 11:59PM!!


I am going to start saving files locally and hosting them myself ONLY for the OP.

I will NEVER claim them as my own(unless it is mine ) and will NEVER use them as my own photos for any reason personal or professionally.

I just want to help preserve the OP

If you are NOT okay with me doing this is is YOUR responsibility to tell me not to and then i won't If you do NOT tell me. I will save it and host it via my own account on Flickr. ​

Can I use a photo I submit for the weekly here? Like, if I take a 30'' shot of a building at night tomorrow. Could I use it here under the architecture challenge?

 

I have a few ideas..i'll try to find some time to actually jump in this one

Id prefer you didn't..At least not the exact same photo..can be same subject different angle. But it would be nice if you did something else seeing as you have all month to play with it.

Hopefully people participate in it. I have no idea how it'll go...then again..didn't on the weekly either and its been doin fine.

So you are going to have 4 separate voting threads?!? I thought the 4 challenges were just there to allow more options for us. Then all the photos would be brought in together and one winner of all 4 challenges. No way will you have enough participation to hold 4 separate...
