    33" mudders
    so i might get one. 35mm for now. $50 with 38/80 lens. original owner. first slr for me. wanna get a cheapo 35mm just to start with for now. is this camera any good? any thing i should look for? any help is much appreciated:p

    It's a decent all around camera for a starter.

    Try to get an idea of how often the camera was used and if it was ever repaired.

    The overall condition of the camera is usually a good indication of how it was taken care of. Take some test shots before buying and make sure it doesn't make any strange noises.

    Cameras do have a life expectancy that is based on the number of times the shutter is actuated. For folks familiar with camera equipment, this is refered to as the number of "clicks" the camera has. Unfortunately, there's no way to check this on this particular camera. Only the higher end professional Canon cameras keep track of the total clicks on the camera.

    so i had bid on another one before i bought this one and turns out i won it on the 3rd. now i have 2 of these LOL. but the new one came with the detachable flash:cool:
