First try at hdr

ive been seeing some of these pictures around and thought they looked good so i tried it myself here it is



its a little blurry but i dont have a tripod...any feedback on how to make it look better would be greatly appreciated!

 

I think that you need a tripod, it just looks to blurry

Better lighting so the truck is not in the shadows. This will cause a faster shutter speed hence the pic will be much clearer. Nice wheels btw.

What camera and lens did you use?

its a nikon coolpix, i dont have a good camera right now...might get a good one in the future not sure...i was just messing around, tryin to see what i could do haha

 

It's sort of possible but most point and shoot cameras don't have an option to shoot in 48 bit color (which is optimal for HDR) like DSLR cameras.

 

As long as the camera has some sort of exposure bracketing function, you should be able to get your 3 shots. If not, you would have to manually over/underexpose the shots which would make it very difficult to hold the camera still enough without a tripod.

 

i had to manually change it, but i just remembered that i have a tripod from my old camcorder, i might try it again tomorrow for better results hopefully
