Any idea when you're getting Clay Magic blue 200g bar back in stock? After the move I'm guessing? Damn good price on it!

That's because its below our cost!

We added clay to our line about a year ago so we could be more of a 'one stop shop' but found it didn't sell very well. So, we dropped the price and sold out of the fine grade clay. I believe we have two more bars of the red (medium) clay. I'm not sure we'll continue to carry it unless we can get a better price.

The medium clay works very well, but I only recommend it for a surface that's pretty trashed and already requires significant polishing. It will scratch the surface a little.

Yeah, it seems like the next cheapest I can find the 200g bars are around $25. How much did you sell them for normally?

When are you going to get more of the System One 22oz bottles? If I get the gallon size can I use any old spray bottle for that?

I don't have an ETA on the 22 oz bottles. Yes, any spray bottle should work fine.

We have 'empty spray bottles' listed on our website. If you want one of those just mention it in the order comments and we'll throw that in for free (as supplies last).

Thanks, I ordered earlier so I didn't get to ask for the empty bottles, that's ok I have plenty.

Can you use that wax in conjunction with the collinite? Is it ok if I apply the system one first and then seal it with the collinite or will this work best on it's own.

We've found that in most cases, you can't 'stack' or apply several coats of wax for additional benefit, especially a carnauba. There may be exceptions (some say you can put a carnauba over a synthetic), but it's not like letting paint dry and applying multiple coats and ending up with a thicker layer.

I would not recommend trying to seal over the carnauba, which is what SYSTEM ONE is.

If you are using Collinite's "Super Doublecoat Auto Wax" they claim a year of protection and if you're happy with that product, do you even need SYSTEM ONE? Sorry; I generally don't push SYSTEM ONE on people if they are very happy with what they are using.

If you are not using Super Doublecoat Auto Wax, which Collinite product are you using?

I am currently using the Collinite #845 liquid insulator wax. I saw everyones reviews on your product so I thought I'd try it out to compare. I didn't know it was a carnauba wax also. If the system one does not stain trim then I will probably switch if it has the same results and is easier to apply. The price is about the same.

I looked up that super double coat stuff and it looks like something Mr. Miyagi would have Daniel San put on his cars to train for the Karate tournament. Not for me. I need easy on and easy off that gives shine and lasts at least a few months.

OK, sounds good. SYSTEM ONE goes on very easily and doesn't stain.

We claim about 2-3 months of beading.

It depends on what your expectations are...a quick facelift or show-car quality?

Paint color makes a difference too. White and silver are easy. Metallic paint is more forgiving too. Dark colors are tough.
