    its a Toyota truck and that's all the modifications needed
    Hang in there and try to keep sane,I went thru this 2years ago with my Dad he was fortunate enough to have good retirement finances and Medical Insurance tho,Its hard to do but try to keep him in positive spirits,we would talk Baseball and sports to try to get his mind off things I really dont know if it worked he was quite resigned to his fate and was really brave about it I hope Im that couragious when my time arrives.

    Blessing of health for your dad and once again (I read your article) our wonderful govt shows its ass in helping it's citizenary at a time they need it most. Never, never, never trust any govt. They will lie and manipulate the facts to their own advantage as they have now. Look at our own Social Security system and medicare. Soon Obamacare will be here and I can only imagine the nightmare that will ensue.

    Please pass on to your dad there is no shame in what has happened in his finances or home life...the govt dealt him a bad hand telling him it was great and he made the best out of it he could. Most people would have sat on their ass crying about what they didn't have not what they did to make it right with everyone else like your folks did....He should be proud of his life and his wife and his family and how "you" guys have all stuck together. My best and utmost respect to you and your family and of course the number one guy who taught you all of this..."your dad!"

    Retired Metro Cop w/stage 4 cancer being denied Med & pay benefits. Please Add the page and post your prayers we are trying to build the count of followers to show the Metro PD that he is not alone and there is power in numbers.

    They have put his trial date to reinstate his pension for March, and he will be lucky to make it to Sept. We need to help get them to reinstate his money a d pay his back due money now to help with medical costs
