Grandfather broke hip today (Prayers please)

    Thanks everybody, he is in good spirits but is very tired, and now is going downstairs for dialysis. Again I can't say how much we appreciate the thoughts/support!

    He did great last night, after surgery up until now he said he is just sore and not in pain. He is up and moving around with the physical therapy in the hospital, so that is a good thing.

    Thank you all for the well wishes, I let him know the folks on the Tacoma website were praying/wishing him well, and he is very thankful. :) He said the Taco buddy's were a good bunch!

    A buddy of mine works for Medtronic, and used to work for Smith Nephew. He's shown me a lot of the hardware they make to fix breaks and do hip replacements and stuff. It's pretty amazing how quickly patients can recover from procedures like that now days. Glad he's doing well, and prayers for a speedy recovery!

    Just about to update, but Grandpa got out of the hospital today to live in a temporary "home" for physical therapy. He should be in there for 2-3 months at most. Along with therapy and then going to dialysis, he is exhausted, but glad he is getting out of the hospital. Thank you to all for your thoughts and prayers! :)
