Please be in prayers for Ty Buckingham. He was on a hunting trip with us in south dakota when he messed up his knee. One of the locals who is paralyzed from the waist down had a cocktail of prescription meds. He offered it to him saying it would help the pain. Ty made a stupid decision and took a drink. He lost consciousness about 3 am this morning and his breathing slowed down considerably. We called 911 who took him to the closest hospital. The hospital refused any kind of extensive procedures because it was a tribal hospital and he isn't a native american. They flew him to Sioux Falls when the snow broke long enough. He is currently in an unresponsive state and they fear he could suffer permenant damage. The main drug has been identified as Baclofen. The pills were in milky liquid though. Just pray that his stupid mistake won't leave irreversible consequences for he or his family.

    prayers for :pray:Ty:pray:

It is nice to read your words, "bad decision'. Very good that you, at 19, recognize that quickly as a bad decision. I always tell my 11 year old twins that life is full of decisions, good ones, as well as bad ones. We all must make the choice. I will put Ty on my prayer list.
