Last week one of my fellow classmates passed away, his name was Dan Lohwasser. The cops do not know if they suspect fowl play or what happened. Last week he never showed up for class and everyone was suspicious, he has had the tendency to not show sometimes. So we all suspected he just wasn't coming, we all decided maybe he quit with two weeks left. Today the 2 instructors brought us all in the classroom (1st and 2nd year, college students in Graphic Design major) and informed us that he passed away. He had 2 kids and was fighting child custody. He was supposed to have a court date last Monday, his grandmother dropped him off at the courthouse and hours later was concerned because he never came out. She went in and asked and they replied that he never showed up. Later in the week, Thursday, his body was found in another state in a cardboard recycling container. It is a sad day for me since he sat right behind me and was my partner in some projects. He will be missed. Pray for his family please.

Thanks guys. Its been a real rough day. Our college publishes a book every year with artwork and literature in it. A photograph he took of himself made it in there. It was sad seeing it.
