    Last night was pretty rough.

Pain meds wore off while she was sleeping and she woke up in a lot of pain. Then of course it takes 30-45 minutes for it to kick in again and get her back to sleep.

So far so good, hoping she feels up to sitting in the shower today, she is still covered in a glass dust.

Thanks for the update. Gonna throw a few prayers in for a quick and complete recovery and good control of the pain while getting there.

Prayers here for recovery and the asswipe being caught. As far as the helment goes, it's like insurance-just another thing in life you pay for and hope you never need but glad it's there just in case. I have been glad on more than one occasion...without a car being involved.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Is there something in the water/air lately? Seems like we are getting a lot of members with injuries/accidents lately. My thoughts and prayers to all.

Pic of her in the passenger seat going to get some food. Can't believe she is up and moving around today, vicodins are taking the edge off enough to get her up and moving. Swelling has been kept to a minimum on her left side with sticking to the "RICE" plan. I don't think the picture does her justice for the amount of pain she is still in.

It's incredible how untouched she looks considering what she did to the Jetta.

Again...she is so so lucky she's not a vegetable. Tell her to buy a lottery ticket. I figured she'd be on Vicodin with the horse shoe in her ass.

Still though smiling pretty good for being part of a topping on a street pizza. They got you on anything to keep you calm? :p I'd be everywhere if that happened.

Trust me, no one wanted to give me the wrong answer yesterday. I was a mess. Much better today, a lot more calm knowing everything is going to be okay.

Glad she's okay, but be careful.

My GF got hit by a car about 15 years ago when riding a bike. She hit her head and has never been the same afterward... I'm not kidding.

She turned into a bitch and and a dumb ass. Supposedly, she smacked the part of her head (frontal lobe) that controls her temperament. And somehow it effected her ability to string a sentence together.

I'm not trying to be funny. It really did effect her in a bad way.

    Good Luck.
