    Took one for the team, that's what he did. He was helping Packerfan with his suspension when a coil tab failed and threw the coil into his wrist/thumb.

    On a lighter note and for those of you that missed it in the Live Thread: take note of the bottom question. :rofl:

    Im out of the cast!!!! No surgery needed!!!!

    Wrist is healing great, And the thumb is looking "Good". The Dr. said the main fractures in the thumb are under the thumb nail, and it looks to be healing fine. I have to wear a splint, but I am allowed to take it off to shower, etc. The Dr. seemed pretty amazed (as am I a little), that the thumb nail hasnt fallen off. I told her I have been hitting it with things for 40 years, and I have it well trained. Only bad news is I have to wear the splint for 4 to 8 more weeks. :( BUT....Being as what had happened, this is a BEST case senario, and all I could have hoped for. :) :) :) :woot:
