Just got a call from my dad today (whom I am not very close to these days) telling me my aunt isn't doing too well. Doc. said she only has a month left but she could pass today, tomorrow, any point in time. She had a cancerous spot next to her heart a few years ago, they got it all cleared up but the radiation and chemo she was exposed to destroyed her heart and lungs.
That cancer is a bitch. I wish they would find a way to prevent it. I hardly ever saw her just because I am not very close to that side of my family but it always sucks to hear one of your family members is dying. I just hope she passes with as little pain as possible when the time comes.

thanks all. it means a lot.
thanks. we are slowly fixing the issues between that side of the family. Some people are just too ignorant to change their ways. It sucks that it has to take a death in the family or something major to bring the family together

so this has become the shittiest week ever.
yet another family member passed away. Shes been going down hill the past 2 years due to kidney failure. just so happens she passed away on the same day as my cousin (killed in a car accident 9-14-05).

I guess this is reality... family members are starting to leave. not used to this. :(

thanks for the help guys (and girls)
