So my gf had her jeep wrangler cut (yea I said cut) into today while she was at work! They cut her driver side back window all up! She had her school bag in there, and in that was her laptop a usb card with her and my pictures, her school books and her schedule with her full name, adress, class schedule. Plus not to mention they now know where she works and what she drives. She is freaked out and the police told us they think its the same kids who have caused 30 other breakins in cars and homes and they have burnt down a house!

But if yall dont mind just pray for her because she feels totally violated and has a midterm coming up and has no books or notes for that class!

Her insurance will cover the top but wont cover her laptop and books and bag that equal somwhere between 1200 to 1500.

But she is just so worried about them having all her personal info and etc.

SHE JUST FEELS VIOLATED MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE!!

I know this isnt a big deal for the prayer section but I just thought some prayers for the police to catch these guys BEFORE I DO! and for her to sleep soundly at night etc wouldnt hurt!

    Thank you in advance

    Ty

    She's got mine.

And I'll say another one for the cops to catch the POS's that caused her (and your) pain.

    Hang in there...

sorry to hear, but its kinda her own fault for leaving all that in a soft top wrangler. when I had mine, i never locked it when the softop was on/up, and never left anything in it

I agree heck I had mine completly pulled off when I had a wrangler and they took my seat covers and some other crap and it rained all night so they couldnt get prints!

But it was in a bag tucked under here seat the police got a print of where they were peeking in to look! The bag looks like a purse and you couldnt tell if there was a laptop etc in it so the bastards just hoped for the best!

She parks by the building which is right by a main highway with like 6 other cars!

And of course her dumb boss dosent have ANY security cameras!!!

They took a gamble and it worked I guess!

I will have pics of the damage when she emails it to me tmrw

Thanks for the prayers and thoughts so far guys!

I am pretty easy going but I hate a ... "f*cking thief" ... caning their azz on the public square would do the trick and stop this crap.

We have become too PC when it comes to punishment of many of the crimes today.

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
Sorry but that is funny ^^^

On a serious note, I hope they do catch the little pricks. Had a similar experience happen to me when I was younger. I also felt very violated and was too upset to drive the car home. It is a really shitty feeling when you work hard for something and some dipshit can take it away so quick. Take care of her and in the end just believe in Karma.

This is a perfectly acceptable request in the T&P section.

I know the feeling, it definately feels terrible. Thoughts and prayers for her to regain her piece of mind.....and the crooks to be caught and punished for their crime.

You have my prayers. Most likely they will not take the time to get into the computer to view the files. They will just take it directly to a pawn shop. The USB card will be thrown away. As for her tests, I would go talk to the Dean. He should be able to adjust her test schedule to compensate for the lost books and notes.

dang! that sucks! they catch them yet? well if they ever made it to my house and broke in they would most likely die. from me shooting them. i mean i would hate to shoot some one. but if they brake in my house i will. and i know some states it not like this but in TN if some one "brakes" in i have the right to. and as long as i dont do it as they are "leaving" i wont get in any trouble with the law for doing so. but hope every think turns out ok!!
