    For those of you that don't know me, I'm the ad agency guy for Auburn Gear. We are interested to know where you favorite place to buy drivetrain parts for your Toyota. So, where do you go? The Toyota dealer? The guy down the street? Somewhere else entirely?

    As a bonus, I have a few Auburn Gear hats and T-shirts I'll be giving away to select posts of interest.

    I understand. We now there are places to buy diffs and the like for Toyota. Randy's Ring & Pinion, for example, stocks Toyota diffs. I am sure there are others...

    Nice to see more information on this very subject.....

    We had a customer come in yesterday asking if we could "lincoln lock" his front diff and the discussion started on who we like to use besides "Lincoln" to assist our "locker needs"..

    Now on the east coast the guys that have been getting great reviews for everything would be Eastcoastgearsupply.com....from answering the phone to their sales specials or the adminstration of their WARRANTY, 2nd to none;):cool:..

    We are a fairly new 4x4 shop and if you can p/u the phone to call a jobber and get answers ,parts plus warranty for your customers....guess what...they return and everyone is happy :cool:...This is the same reason we just became a TOYTEC dealer.Lisa and company have worked through the "Process" for us and have opened many sales venues due to their great rep also......and with them we get ARB :cool::cool:..


    Now for our "Local" stuff,Toyota dealer is 200' away and we have multiple "parts" stores that deliver to us....in order ,Napa,Autozone and Federated..

    I hope this helps and you can send a PM about Auburns if you want...

    I've not personally had to buy drive-train parts (because i have a strong as an ox 1st gen ;) )

    What i can tell you from spending 5 years on countless wheeling trips and web-wheeling more nights than i can count...

    East Coast Gear Supply is the place to do business with...everyone ive ever known to use them loves their prices and customer service

    Personally that'd be the first place i'd look

    After that I'd shop between a couple dealers online (www.toyotapartsales.com) and my local dealership (because i got a good buddy who works there and can get me parts at his cost some times)

    Past that...not a clue...but if it had to do with my transfer case...i'd probably be dealing with Inchworm or Marlin Crawler
