How many people have been unhappy with 4wheelparts?!

Does anyone else sell the Pro-comp wheels? Or is that their house brand.

 

4wheelonline.com sells them and are having a sale until the 31st. I gave them a try so hopefully this is a better experience.

 

4WP is horrible. There are not many other choices on the island though. Who would put 80 PSI into a tire?

I use 4WP to look at stuff and order elsewhere. Also goo place to laugh at yuppie Jeepers. Flip flops are a dead giveaway.

 

@ Nightstr hey! ive been online with 4wheelonline not "4wheelparts" and have not really pulled the trigger on the xd wheels I want. the reason being is because of all the poor reviews. please let me know how the sale went.

i ordered wheels nov 21.. have not seen them yet.. everytime i call them they give the run around.. they suck lol.. by time they get here it be time to trade the truck in

Just read the revew fr 4wheelonline and they were not good ones... This sucks. Where else could you get procomp wheels?

 

I also had the same experience. Ordered some seat covers and they sent me the wrong ones. I called the 1-800 number, it took me 3 days to finally get a hold of the right person to help me with the return... Then it took another week to credit my account after they received the product.. I have not and will not do business with them again.. I hear that 4wheelparts and procomp are owned by the same copy.

ordered from 4wheelparts.com.. i dont have any of their stores locally.. also took me 2 days of calling to get to a person who was semi intelligant who could answer my questions.. made the mistake of ordering floor mats from them also for a x-mas gift for my father.. no surprise here still have not recieved them either.. so there are 4 wheels and a set of floor mats floating around somewhere waiting to find there wway to me ha ha.. ppl are a joke at this place

 

My experience hasn't been too bad. I purchase a Hi-Lift Off-Road kit from them last week, and my kit container two left handed gloves. They said they will replace it, but I havent had the chance to swing back yet.

The Hi-Lift Off Road Kit sucks btw, the only good components in it are the tensioners and the D-Shackle. Everything else seems like it will just fall apart.

 

I called 4wheelonline today and they said my wheels should be here on monday! So far so good.

I have always said, I hate them. I will never buy anything through there or ever use there services. They are just another money hungry corporation. I prefer stickin with my local 4x4 shops. 4wheelparts has never seemed to care about the interest of the customer, only the profit they could potentially make. They threw away my stock tires off of my jeep when i put my 33's on it!! WHY? My opinion, avoid 4wheelparts.

 

ha ha called them again.. this time they said wheels wont ship till end of january after they already told me twice they had already been shipped!! canceled my prder.. i will be giving somewhere else my money..
