Placed a order about 3 weeks ago for a Bakflip F1 tonneau cover, a bed extender, and a tailgate lock. They told me last week that it would ship out Friday and today they are telling me that they are waiting on the Bakflip. So far my first impression isn't a good one.

I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
I think that they silently don't tell you that they only place orders when they receive orders. I just got word that my order is on backorder again today....

I ordered a 6 inch pro comp lift with wheels and tires from 4 wheel parts.
I found that they had really good service and they actually got everything to me a day early.
Also I'm in Canada so its more of a pain as far as shipping goes. Overall I'm happy with everything

Holy Crap guys!! Thanks for posting all of this! After reading this thread I started to feel a litle aprehensive about an order for XD wheels I made with 4 Wheel on the 14th, so I called to cancel. After about 15 minutes on hold and talking with three people I found out they are on back order! When I told the first guy that answer I wanted to cancel he said "why you want to cancel?" in a very ass hole sounding way. Any recomendations for a good online store to order some XD wheels?

I had really shitty service when I got an alignment there (not to mention a rip off of a price). I complained to corporate and they gave me a gift card in return. Haven't been back since

Just talked to 4wheelonline.com, they didnt sound like a bunch of ass holes unlike the other guys. Looks like I will have to pay shipping, but the price is less than the other so it should even out. Thanks for the heads up Nightstr!

    It's a Toyota, but not a Tacoma
ordered a ARB for my landcruiser, they charged me 350 bucks for a 80 fog light kit and refused to give me my money back after the kit didn't fit. I threatened to sue, they became real nice real quick. Then it took them 3 weeks to order the part that fit into the integrated fog lights, I kept calling and calling, then I told them I am calling HQ and reporting them for ignorance, ignoring a customer, refusing the return customers money and answer questions, poor service and call back. Late delivery and stupidity.

"Dustin" promptly put me on hold and came back with the part magically in hand, I drove up, walked in. Got the part from the counter, left, didn't say a word and haven't been there in a year...

Bought 3 U Joints and grease from them with no problems but that's as far as I'll go with them. I'm hesitant to do a big purchase with them. I'd rather support a local 4x4 shop.

I bought tire/wheel combo a few years ago.....they forgot to balance them.....they picked up the tab when I went and had them balanced.
