Oh okay. Yeah I don't ever really use my map lights so that's why I just left the LED's in there but if I did us them regularly I would stay with the stock ones.

well i bought mine to and its awsome its installed and everything but theres one little problem....it doesnt fit into the oem dome light for the 1st gen...still it looks good and i like it without the dome light cover

Yeah that's kind of how it is on my 2nd gen Tacoma as well. Now I didn't take the whole cover off but the LED's make the plastic pop out a little bit. No biggie though. Still looks good!

Yeah I tried messing with it a little bit but just said screw it. If anyone notices that, they got issues. But I have seen some people where they will put it off to one side, left or right, to make it fit right I guess.
