I have a few evolv tools. For some reason to me they look and feel like Kmart tools but none have broke. No lifetime warranty through sears though. There marketed towards women I beleive

Thats what i was thinking, Or more like a cheaper starter set. I think ill stick to something a little better that i know is good and has that lifetime warranty.

I actually have that set. Got it off the clearance rack at sears. I have no complaints per se but the case it comes in cannot hold anything in place.

FYI.... The Sears Evolve series does have the lifetime warranty. The difference is that they have to mail you the replacement part instead of just handing you a new one.

What's shitty is 75% of craftsman aren't even forged in the U.S.A anymore.

I went in to replace my 1/4" drive ratchet and was told that I'd have to wait for a u.s forged replacement and that they rarely see them. So I opted in for a parts kit to rebuild it.

I have craftsman for my home toolset and use S-K tools at work. I like craftsman never had a problem same with S-K ... and doesn't K-Mart now sell the evolv tools??

I also have a select few harbor frieght tools, I've had their breaker bar set for almost 6 years now and have yet to break them. I buy their screw driver sets and dead blow hammers. I'd never buy their pneumatic tools, better off investing with those .. .02
