emergency jack for 4WD model

2007 V6 4WD 6 speed Extended Cab

i don't know how and why but i just warped the emergency jack that came with the truck and, when i was lowering the vehicle, the threaded shaft somehow sprung (don't ask me how) in the opposite direction (luckily after the rubber met the ground) and it busted through the cap.

so i am looking for recommendations for replacement...

i have used the jack quite a bit for maintenance, which i guess what contributed to the W&T, i suppose i should have gotten a quality floor jack with a lever. so i am looking for recommendations for that as well.
