Get Undercover SE bed cover?

Looking at an Undercover SE bedcover for 2012 double cab short bed.

For anyone who has an Undercover (regular or SE): does locking the cover also more-or-less lock the tailgate? And best place to buy one?

(How does Toyota get away with not having a locking tailgate??)

It does, more or less. I have the regular undercover, you could probably yank on it real hard and rip the tailgate out, but you'd really have to muscle it. It holds it after an inch or so.
