I bought a HID kit (35 wat, hi/lo 8000k) from DDM tuning on March 10th, it's been 12 days and they said it would only take 6 days for it to ship and be at my house. I've emailed and called them, and still no response. Does anyone know what's up with the company?
If i were you, I'd steer clear from them-there very sketchy company and there customer service and from what i hear, there products are very shitty.

If you heard their products are very shitty, why did you order from them?

Ddm tuning is located in socal. They use to be very good and helpfully but now I'm not too sure about them.

Their CS has ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS been shit. Their products for the price are not too bad anyway and they supposedly have a lifetime warranty if you can ever get a hold of them. They're still in business, but IMO shouldn't be. You might be stuck waiting and they will probably just show up your door one day. However, if you used paypal to pay it might be worth putting in a claim after a couple more days for product not received.

I have probably ordered 10-12 sets of HIDs from them always take a long time to receive. Idk if they drop ship everything or what. I have had good luck with the HIDs over the last 5ish years Idk about the warranty though, never had to use it but if you get them they work well.

IDK if DDMWorks and ddm tuning are related. I have ordered several parts for my Solstice from DDMWorks and have never had a problem. DDMWorks is in SC. and always had very good customer service. I don't think they are related in any way. But in the off chance that this is the head office you might be able to get your questions answered.

Getting a hold of customer service sucks but once you do they do honor their lifetime very well. Before I did my retro I had ddmd in my truck and multiple atvs, anytime I had an issue they got replaced no questions asked I just had to have proof of them being disabled so I could resell them. Granted it did take forever to get them
