Truxedo= great customer service.

I bought a tonneau cover from a member here,and have had the rear flap that covers the tailgate split.It's a Truxedo Lo-Profile cover. I sent an email and asked if they could supply me with a new rubber flap and what it would cost. The email reply asked if I was the first owner, and what model etc. the cover was, as it may be covered under warranty. I told her that I bought it used,and would gladly pay the $13.95 and shipping for the new part. Got an email back that said that the part was on it's way as a customer courtesy and to have a great weekend ! Nice dealing with people that are good about their product.

 

Nice support and customer care. Especially on a "used" product.
