Just finished the install today, and it went much better than the NFAB fiasco. These installed in under 30 minutes. The fit is perfect and the sidesteps are a sturdy polished stainless steel. No plastic endcaps, all solid welded steel at the ends. I'm very happy with the way they fit and allow easy access to the cab.
I've added a quick pic and a YouTube video.

Nice but kind of big and really hang low. Won't help much with door dings and such. If that was one of the reasons you put them on.

Just the right size for a good step and at 14 inches off the ground they are fairly high. They will stop the door swing of any full size sedan or coup.
I purchased them because my wife has bad knees and PreRunners are tall. She likes them, so mission accomplished.
