Nah, I'd go with a pair of sliders, like Revenge-Fab. They have a group buy here on TW for them right now. ;)

I just bought these tonight. When they arrive I'll try and review.
Glad to see that everyone seems to think they're good. I couldn't afford the real high priced ones.

You can get some killer deals on bars on ebay.

One thing to watch... be sure you are getting 1st quality (not refurbs, returns, etc) bars with a BRAND NAME that you can find a US based company behind.

Problem is some of the ebay guys will send you no name bars that they warranty for lifetime. When they are gone off ebay in 6 months there goes your warranty. So, make sure you have a warranty that's not dependent upon who you bought the bars from.

I hate to ask. and theres no rush because it'll be a few weeks before I install.
But can you take a picture of where the brackets mount to?
    Appreciate it.

Well it finally warmed up a little, and I couldn't wait any longer to put these things on.
These install directly to the frame. Which I like a lot more than the ones I heard connected to the cab. I think those would eventually give problems.

Anyways, installation was fairly simple. I found out quick that having a buddy to hold stuff would've made it easier. But since all my buddies are at work, or school. I got it on myself. Haha. So I got them on, and they don't stick out as much as I was hoping. But they seem pretty solid, and I think they look great on my truck.

    Here's a few pics.

I kinda got carried away with the camera.. lol

Anyways, If you've got the money, I'd prolly go with the brand names, but for the price, so far these seem great. We'll see in a year or 2.

Thanks for the guys that do have these and made me feel better about the buy, haha..

    Hope this helps someone.
