Any updates on this? What does 5/16-20x3/4 mean/whats being measured? 5/16 diameter 20 threads per 3/4 inches??

By standard 5/16 screws, do you mean the bolts that came with the lights?

They're 5/16, but common tpi (thread per inch) is 18, and these happen to be 20. The 3/4 is the length.

What about a double ended stud?
one side 5/16 20 and the other side 1/4 20?

    And use with this

    http://www.carolinametalmasters.com...fety/products/security-nut-kit-for-led-lights

I can't find any double ended studs with different diameters. I feel like I'm going to have to get bar stock and use a metal lathe just to get this to work. Would prefer an easier solution.

That actually sounds like a pretty ingenius solution, though custom as you said.
I'll have to look more into solutions to figure out the easiest/most cost effective/functional, but I've been swamped around the shop and now after getting in an accident yesterday(my truck is likely totaled) on the way to work I've got insurance/etc to deal with on top of my regular duties so they're not my highest priority this second. Sorry.

Please help me cure the Bull Bar-itis that I contracted several months ago. Every-time the girls look at my Tacoma the response is usually over-whelmingly positive but then they get a look at bull bar residing on the front end. After that it is nothing but sniggers and a hand to the mouth as they try and suppress the titters (I love that word) and out-right laughing. I understand the only cure for this will be my classic style relentless bumper (order # 524-see bumper below) and the aluminum/steel skid plates. Only Relentless can stop the spread of this turrible disease and an update might temporarily relieve me from this embarrassing Tacoma deformity. Only you can stop a Tacoma front-end from going to waste. Please don't hesitate and help cure this turrible disease today!!!

I enjoyed reading your post John! I do have my guys working on the aluminum to maximize my time spent on it. There's going to be about 15 aluminum bumpers sent all over the country in short order. And yours just may be the only 'classic' style '12+ Aluminum I build! At this point I'm struggling to see us continuing with aluminum bumpers after how troublesome this batch has been for us.

I agree! That white powder coat is a damn near perfect match for the Super White paint.

Don't stop making them, just hire more people although I know that has been problematic finding competent and reliable workers. I searched for at least several months before deciding on a purchase with you and that was based on reviews of your products (minimal negatives) and the type of product that I was looking to buy (found it with Relentless). The market is obviously there, find a way to meet it and get rich.:):):) Just leave some time off to enjoy it though.

Icon MT suspension, Pelfreybuilt front bumper, Relentless skids, Avid sliders, Avid custom rack. Pelfreybilt HC Rear bumper.
Finally installed my Relentless tailgate stiffener. I bought the steel version. I cleaned it, then Eastwood acid etched it, cleaned it again, then Eastwood extreme chassis black primer, then Rustoleum enamel, finally clear gloss.

Tailgate has some meaningful weight to it now.
