just a set of cheap $35 4" driving lights from Walmart.

BTW, I bought a new drill bit for doing your shackle points. Turns out after measuring a 3/4" shackle with my digital caliper I needed a 7/8" bit and not the 13/16" I used for yours. A damn 1/16 of an inch!

I should have one later in the week. I just got my tube bender set up this afternoon and did one test bend. It'll probably be goin on my own truck first. :D

As for powder coating.... I could because I have a good shop to do it, however I'm a bit afraid for the coating getting scraped up in the shipping process so for now I think I'm just going to let everyone coat their bumper however they prefer since it can be cheaper for them in the long run and prevent any headaches for me.

Just bent up a practice hoop and it turned out perfect. Tim is welding it to his front bumper right now. I'll have a hoop on my new bumper with fogs for my truck by Thursday. :)

    Trigger finger getting REAL itchy!

First...I'd like to see Cohrmundt's custom "TRD" on the bottom.

Second...I'd also like to see the steel tube.

Third...would like to know if you can move the recovery points to just below the bend under the flat front of the bumper.

Fourth...would like to do what Virgilus did...BUT recess it (frenched in) like my satashi grill. And change the opening to be shaped like the mid section (wider at top and narrower at the bottom) as to be a mirror image of the grill. Also insert perforated steel sheet that matches the sheet in my grill.

    Doable?

The recovery points are where they are because that is where they are the most sturdy and the safest recovery point. Just an FYI.

Niiice! Itchy trigger finger is good.....
Daamn, lots of custom requests there! But yeah, it can all be done for an extra cost over the regular design.
    1. It should be cut from the CNC shop next week, so ill post pics then.
    2. Should have one on by monday afternoon.
    3. Yeah, thats possible. Its still a solid mounting spot.
    4. I can do that pretty simply. Just need to know how far back, and what material is being used to fill the opening, and whether its something you expect me to buy or you buy it and I just make it fit.
Either above that seam or below is both fine, I just prefer above like on yours because it maintains a better approach angle.
