Do you have a mod you wish you did not do?

Like it says, what mod have you done that you wish you could take back or have actually taken back (or done differently)? What was the reasoning for why you did not like the mod?

JBA cat back. Bought from and installed at 4Wheel parts.

 

Both fixed now, but I had my grille Duplicolor bedlined (SUCKED) and blew 9 fuses from my subwoofers..

 

K&N CAI bought it before I heard about the deck plate mod 290 bucks down the drain.

 

I still gotta do that... haha

 

reason being? only asking because it is something i have been planning on doing to my 4cyl.

 

I got a 1'' BL. It was a mistake, there is now a large gap in the front shrockworks bumper and sliders. Now I have to get new sliders and i will eventually get a mossyrocks front bumper.

 

Ya man seems like CAI are WAY over hyped!

I did it with my 4 banger and really one of the best things i have done.

 

Probably CAI. Other than sound on my V6 that's about it. I wish I would have used that cash on the Air Lift wireless controller compressor.

 

HID HEADLIGHTS. I had the Hi, Low beams at 4500K. I drive mainly at night and had them adjusted numerous times. And seemed to make no one other than me happy with them. If I had them good for on coming cars I would get flashed by semi trucks as they seemed to hit them in their mirrors. So I took them out and went back to Stock PIAA headlight bulbs.

 

oh ok, most say that on the 4cyl it does something, 6 cyl it doesnt. i just am nervous that without that filter there the motor will get damaged or something even though everyone says its a useless filter.

 

what kind of improvement did you see? mpgs and power increase?

 

Spacer and aal when i first lifted it and knew shit about my truck. had installed and spent over $500.

That money could've went to Japan relief.
