    Too many to list now.
Just finished the newest episode of xoverland. As I was watching it I was thinking about my favorite band, Dream Theater. They've been making music together for nearly 30 years and every album is unique and enjoyable. When they do something hair-brained or off the beaten path from the norm, it's easy to enjoy it, because its a different side of those musicians. I feel connected to them, like I know them.

What xoverland did tonight felt like they attempted that, but I don't feel connected to them, I don't feel like I know them. Even though they were miles from my home at one point in the series it feels like I'm watching a fluffy adjective ridden advertisement for khakis and ball caps.

That's what I have been getting. Just long winded ads. Where is the adventure they keep talking about? I see none..

    Disappointing for sure.

I read that trip report from a page or so back in its entirety. I feel XO should take a few hints from that. The whole time I read it, I could visualize the driving. Then again, it is not about us. This it their adventure and are sharing it with the masses in their own way. People share in different ways.

Personally, I was in it for the gear and the Off Road and Driving. I feel I am officially out of this one at this point.

Got the opportunity to drive this prototype camper yesterday and sleep in it last night. The Taco handled it like a champ for how heavy the camper is.

About $40k. Including the flatbed. It has an electric stove, fridge, sink, heater, solar panel, shower (it's been winterized so I didn't use any of the water things), diesel generator, bed, etc.. The production model is going to be all fiber glassed, this one had a wood interior for trying out different layouts.

I took some more pictures if you like to see some more of it.

Just want to say it again, this is the prototype. If it looks like something doesn't fit or look right, it's because things kept getting moved around to see what layout worked best. Like the bed resting on the seat back obviously that will be corrected for production.

    From the bed looking out:
    91f65af2f000f2f5eb586b8b3ef1f71f_zpsa5d5_1d3870d88e167df72b8057de8ad951c6b897b0bf.jpg

    The fridge:

Electric stove a bunch of cool buttons and a dial:
    5bf010de0ccb1f0241f48ed0fea4cb41_zps4eb3_7cc504e3a7fdeb831f71e7887f70943e85457fb3.jpg

    The bed:

I'm 5'11" and 230lbs, I found the bed roomy enough for me and someone else.

The website is only showing the V1 which is for 3500 type trucks.

So do you have any idea what the fuel mileage is on this beast. I bet it'd be luck to get 10mpg.
