Matt what do you have planned for a bedrack? Did they accept your offer on that rack?

 

No but I'm just gonna pay the 340 cuz I'm hoping I can get this shit all ready to go before rug road so first I have to get the rack then get it welded and get the tent delivered within the next 3 1/2 weeks. Gonna be tight on timing.

 

Stefen- why not get the kukenam riggidized Xl? If the have that one in stock it looks the same and its bigger. 6'x8'

 

I thought about it but the price is high! even with discount that's way up there, and I haven't measured up their dimensions since I don't want too big of a tent on the back of my truck **looked at dimensions and the XL would hang like half a foot over the end of my truck :/ short bed problems lol

Yeah, baby taco told me Tepui will make the tents in different colors if you call and ask. So maybe some other color but the ruggedized options is awesome.

Diamond plate base plate, beefed up frame material and thicker tent material. I hear ya Stefen! Forgot about the short bed thing but it wouldn't be a problem for k&m to make an extension behind the rack if u wanted. Just bend a piece of tubing with two corners and weld it on. Yea mine is a "secret" tent cuz they don't advertise the gran sabana in Siberian cammo and its gonna be super pricey but it'll be worth it in the long run. Mike if u get one too we should see if they'll hook us up on shipping. The more the better!
