What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

haha just a little Ross Gonna look like this for the remainder of 2014.

 

I installed new Alpine type S speakers in the front (6x9) and rear (6 3/4) doors with ********* mounts. Wired it all through a new Alpine V-Power 4 channel amp and ran new wires all the way from the stock deck. System sounds 1000x better and clear at all volume levels, however i have a slight buzzing noise when the systems off. I've tried different grounds and that's not helping, I hope to figure this out soon.

 

Did you check to see if any audio cable runs parallel to power wire?

 

Where's best place to buy LEDs for map light dome light etc?

I also discovered a slight hum noise coming from the front of my truck while I'm driving. It gets higher pitched as I increase in speed. I assumed at first it was my new all terrain tires, but I'm starting to wonder if it's my wheel bearings…

Sweet looking taco. Looks like a great place to stretch it's legs too.

 

Took off the GIANT stickers off bed of my truck. Looks much cleaner now. Also working on blacking out the badges. Some are staying off like the V6 and the Toyota on the tailgate. Keeping the three "TACOMA"s.

Anyone here have the extang trifecta tonneau cover? What do u think about it? Might make it my new bed cover.

 

I've got one, works well. I like how it folds up. Wish it had the quick release on both ends though. One side is fixed clamp style other is a quick release.
