hi there, do you happen to have any closer up pictures of the bike rack into the F1 cover? and you said you drilled the rails? did that interfere with the truck rails at all? thanks

    Nammer,

I will take some pictures for you tonight, tomorrow the latest. Bear in mind, the cover isn't on a vehicle right now, but it will give you the idea. If you are asking about the inside bed rails (cargo management), unfortunately yes as that's what the system attaches to, but I have the additional anchor points that attach so it shouldn't be an issue. As for drilling the rails, that was the F1's Rails and it didn't affect anything, still use the ladder rack and additional external anchors.

If you want to maintain the vesatility of the Cargo Management System, my other cover, the EXTANG, attaches in minutes and allows full use of the TOYOTA System, but no Bike Rack can be attached on top, have to use hitch.

Hope that answers your questions, if not, feel free to ask more.

    Nammer,

I posted the pics of the BakFlip Rails. As you can see, the mounts for the rack are YAKIMA and don't interfere with the Rail Channels and the BakFlip "eye" anchors are still usable/moveable.

The Rails mount on the bed rails and are attached to the TACOMA Cargo Management Tracks. Because it uses the tracks on both sides, that's why they offer/I bought the extra anchor points.

I don't have a picture with the Ladder Racks mounted, but they are easily attached/removed and adjustable fore and aft. Bear in mind, this is the BakFlip CS F1 with additional anchors.

If any other questions, feel free to ask.

    NYCO,

The controller has been sold and shipped. To answer your question though, yes, it's a straight forward, simple install.

The one I sold was from eTrailer with the TACOMA Adaptor, so it was "Plug and Play" and I used Heavy Duty Velcro, installed the bracket to the right of the steering wheel where my eBrake is (manual trans). Easy set-up and control.

You can buy a P3 without the TACOMA Adaptor and the harness connects to the harness adaptor that came with the TACO, you just need to ensure a solid connection (e.g., solder, bullet connectors, etc.). For me, the marginal price difference for the P3 w/Adaptor was forth it for the "Plug and Play". Just my $.02
