Hello! My husband and I just came home with our very first Tacoma! I am so excited I almost cant sit here. We tried out Chevy and Ford and ended up with our new Tacoma. We traded our Jeep in for her.
Now we want a bed cover. They showed us one that folds in 1/3s.. Do you have any opinions on which one to get? Thanks for any input!

I have an Extang TriFecta. It's a soft tonneau that folds into thirds, entire thing comes off in less than a minute if you need all of the bed. I can't imagine one that I, personally, would like better, but there are lots of options out there for a reason.

Welcome. As for tonneaus I personally have an Access Original. Allows use of the bed rail system. There are many different styles out there to choose from. I would go aftermarket as opposed to toyota simply because of price.

    Soft.

It does allow use of the bed rails, like the other mentioned.

What do you guys use to keep things from sliding to the back of the bed? Is there a grate or something that divides the bed?

Supposedly the Toyota bed mat provides friction so nothing slides too. I keep meaning to pick one up.
