Only problem I had w my weathertech digitalfits is the logos started moving around and finally came off leaving a sticky film everywhere. I just used some goo gone to take off the adhesive. Fit isn't 100% perfect but they are floor mats, I don't expect them to be perfect.

I just got a set of Husky X-act Contours for my 2015 DC. They cover the dead pedal and the fit is tight all around. No complaints at all. Only issue might be that for the X-acts to fit the double cap you can only get them in Black which was OK with me. Bought them as I like the more rubber type material vs WT harder plastic.

Couldn't get to the store but called weathertech about the gaps. They suggested the inside out hairdryer idea. I turned them inside out and am soaking them in warm water. I'm going to let them soak until the water is cold then turn them right side out and check the fit. Their customer service rep said if I'm not satisfied with the fit afterwards they will replace them.

Sounds like a good idea but not something you should have to do after spending 170.00 to 190.00 on

Personally, my first call would have been to weathertech, not whining here. They seem like they will resolve the problem ( I would have told them just to send replacement and forget trying to fix it).

My husky xact contour mats have a gap next to center console. And the usual just in front of the seat.

Problem is there are alway minor differences during the build of the truck, nothing is perfect. They only use one truck to laser fit these things, so they're specific to that truck and they will vary on others of the same model. Just like hood gaps are never perfect, and the body of any vehicle is never 100% center on frame

Damn , you'll be good for a few threads when the frame starts to rust out on your $30 000 truck in a couple years

Mine is a 2015 so I am guessing I won't have this rust problem I hope. Sorry that I am the type of person that believes in the fact that " You get what you pay for." Don't quote laser cut fit when they are not. But to each their own.

The rust problem has been contractually continued until 2030, so you might want to buy some Fluid Film and start applying it liberally.

You have about 6 years then judging by the failure rate

I think this is the first time I've actually been saddened by a post. Unchained, I hope you're being tongue in cheek on the rust issues with 2015s. If not, you are going to be really, really upset in a few years.

Heed the rust prevention warnings. It's a favor for yourself.

This pretty much sums it up

Wow seriously mine is going to rust as well? Luckily I never keep any vehicle more than three years. So let me guess the new 2016 will have the same rust issues? And all these people going out and paying the over inflated price for the TRD Pro's are gonna have rusting frames as well? Wow Toyota is such a disappointment to hear.

Only the Limited trim package has a non-rusting frame. The TRD Pro and others don't have that frame package.
