No the cam kits do not come with it

The outer metal sleeve, which is actually pressed into the LCA. the kit seems to come with the inner sleeves, that go on the outside of the cam kit
I'm not sure, and I've haven't rally done research on it fully, just kinda skimmed Google with the keywords on TW. Haven't found a holy grail on said kit with an install that works. I'll do some more digging tomorrow.

I'll do some more research on it, if I tackle this, I might just end up doing the work myself to make sure I do it right and test fit options and possible write up for future reference.

@v5iov replaced the LCA bushings with the energy suspension bushings. Have to check his build thread

No build thread yet.... but yes, you have to basically rebuild the bushings by reusing the shell and core....

I did this at the same time as the moog cam bolts... all good so far...

*edit: My OE bushings got really bad right before a trip to Rausch Creek and and the same week I totaled my daily driver... I did not get to do the work myself...

I believe people have done it... but though they are for FJ aren't they? And I believe the FJ and taco have slightly different bushings

@NJ636 had the part numbers and how they were different

    Can't really remember sorry

I just posted the FJ ones because that's what I drive. I do believe they make a set for the Toccoa also.

There's really nothing wrong with the stock ones as long as their not siezed. If they are putting on everything new, I'd just pull the bolts, and put on a good coat of anti-sieze. It'll last forever that way. Mine were froze already which is why I'm replacing. I'd go stock and anti-sieze them well, but the Moogs are cheaper so I went that route.

I've never heard of anti-sieze washing out over time, but I guess it's possible.

Well I received my parts from Rockauto today and their inventory is still messed up. I ordered 2 kits, both K100128.

Kit #1 was sealed in plastic when I opened it. It has one 826-4 washer, two 826-3 washers, and a 826-2 washer. The instructions show this is what I should have. Instructions for kit #1: 0388663152cacd53dad0a93612c3b3d7_a389c6c4cbfe9d407eb6c553aa31444449a89d33.jpg

Kit #2 was already opened, and obviously was returned at some point. One of the grease fittings is already installed, and the other is just loosely floating around in the box. I am also missing one of the sleeves with this kit. This kit also came with different washers. It has one 826-4 washer, two 826-8 washers, and a 826-2 washer. The instructions for this kit also show that this is correct. Instructions for kit #2: 4b65f2b52036c807acf108db990f22cb_8046f1600db2148167a519dba9b89a46f47b5695.jpg

Along with that, they also sent me the wrong wiper blades.

I obviously need to call Rockauto to get this fixed. What I need to know is exactly what washers I need. These are for a 2007 FJ cruiser. Moog shows the FJ uses the same K100128 kit as the Tacomas.

Also, none of the sleeves rotate freely around the bolts, and I can't get any of the nuts to thread onto the bolts more than a few turns. Is all of this normal?
