Now I need to get that fuel pump done and the 2.2" back on to match.

My truck is a 2 stroke. That's the ratio of oil to gas I mix to put in that hole in that engine. Becaus that's where gas is burned...in the engine. It only makes sense to fill it up there. Those japs are so smart!

Well crawled under the truck and looks like my rack is leaking at the steering shaft input. I'm assuming this means a new rack soon? It's not dripping on the ground yet, but the rack itself is pretty wet. OEM racks run around 800-900$ correct?

Thanks guys. I got em from a fellow TW member. They are Doug Thorley and URD sells them too. Monte is of course right, S/C pulley would be undersized, however that is an idler pulley (much larger), because why not.

I had them installed because I didn't feel like finding out! ;) After talking with the guy I had do it, the biggest issue was removing the stock manifolds and crossover. They were a PITA for him and he ended up cutting the crossover out. The transmission dipstick had to be moved over slightly and he made a custom bracket to do so and the first Magnaflow Cat had to be cut to fit since it was designed for the shorter stock crossover connection.

They definitely look odd. I never would have imagined spending the money on a full exhaust on a V6. The power is noticeable and the sound is much more free flowing! Its louder in the cab because you can hear the exhaust flow more through the thin walled tubing as opposed to the cast manifolds. The increase in exhaust flow has also up'd the boost from 6 PSI to 8PSI! Therefore, I'm not going to get a smaller S/C pulley.

Keep an eye on that idler pulley. The belt will have its way with the aluminium.

I actually haven't installed it yet. Any references for what you are referring to?

Here's a video one of the TW guys posted attempting to diagnose a funky noise that he thought was the play in the idler pulley. Note the deep shiny groove where the belt rides.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nizbxdbskm4

The back of the belt is harder than aluminium. I bought a URD idler pulley as well. Ran it for a couple hundred miles and switched back to the stock one (steel body) after finding out about the issue. Really meant more for a true race truck where the maintenance cycles are completely different.

No idea how many miles are on that pulley. The poster bought it with it already installed and had the deep groove. It isn't hard to swap in a new one when needed, just costly bling.

Pretty much stock with some crap welded to it.
yeah the grove is so messed up to, i tried taking it off any putting in a new pulley but that grove ruined the pulley haha. its chewing through belts too. i wouldn't recommend it.

Thanks for the insight guys. Since this is my DD, I doubt that will make it on, I don't need something to worry about.

Would anyone be interested in a switch panel like this? If so how much would you pay?

So does replace a panel somehow or do you still have to cut out the hole?

I do something similar but just use the suction cup mount.

Hell yeah. It's great for lining up shots.
