Have a "42" inch light bar? Want to mount said light bar, but don't want to DRILL into your trucks roof? Get frustrated that the only light-bar mounts on the market are for 50-52" light bars?

    Well I have your answer!!!

I've had the same exact problems before. I had the sweet idea of getting a light-bar to illuminate the dark roads at night. Of course, everyone had the 50" bars and the were cool, but then some Tacoma owners thought, what if I got a 42" and it fit between my roof rack? I know I did, so I purchased a 42" and soon found out that mounting it to the between the roof rack rails would be a daunting task.

It seemed the only plausible way to mount it was to drill holes straight into the roof of the truck, which for some is no good! Then after countless trial and error, I came upon the solution!

I am taking orders for the kit. I will provide the following.

LIGHT BAR ROOF RACK MOUNT (For 41'-42.5" LIGHT BARS)
    1. Brackets (16 Gauge Weldable Steel)
    2. Hardware for brackets
    3. Spacers

(NEED TO BUY) you must buy 2 screws that are longer than your previous ones that screw into the side of the bar (about 5 dollars for a pair at your local hardware stores)

The brackets will come PRE-DRILLED and GREY PRIMERED.
    Hardware is STAINLESS STEEL
Spacers will used to achieve perfect balance and fit.

    Kit will come with instructions.

    NOTE!!!!!!
Kit requires you to HAVE a ROOF RACK, to take off your roof rack, and DRILL 1/4 holes where the mounting hardware will need to go. If you are not OK with this, this kit will not be for you. HOWEVER, after painting and mounting the brackets then mounting the roof rack back onto the truck.... The results are astounding. It looks as if it belongs there!

Total Cost: $80 (for materials, labor, and shipping)

Will start taking orders today. Orders will be filled on a first come, first served basis in multiples of 5. PM me and I will put you down on my list.

 The cleanliness of the attachment has a lot to do with the engineering behind it to allow us to determine if it is quality or garbage. If you feel more comfortable you can send it to me in a PM.

Looks good  now are those self tapping screws that go into the roof rack? I am worried that if that is the case, with the vibrations while wheeling will wiggle them loos and the light fall off....

No, they are stainless steel bolts with washers, lick washers and a bolt on the other side. Install requires the roof rack to be taken on temporarily
