    I've gotten pm's asking when we're doing the software upgrade for Tacoma World to the new and much improved forum software.

    Here's what the plan is...I have a new truck forum in the works. I will be launching it with the new forum software, and I'll use that experience to get all the kinks out and get used to its operation. I will also ask you guys and girls to participate on that forum just to give me feedback on the new software. Then we'll install it here on TW. I'll have giveaways and things to encourage everyone to try it on the new site.

    P.S. if any of you have Tundras and wanna help me tweak the site during the beta phase, shoot me a pm

    Does he even still run TS? Gotta' say, from the time I bought my '03 until even today, TS is horribly slow. At the time, Lon was 100% member-supported and refused to subscribe to paid advertisements, looks like it's still the same except for a link banner at the bottom. I bought a "lifetime" membership there.

    Don't even know if Lon still owns the forum.

    Lon is a good guy, and membership there got me some great hookups from Carson Toyota.

    I was active there from late 2002 until late 2005.
