    There isn't a size (pixel/file) setting/restriction for uploading images for members and there is no maximum/cap for files, see below.

    Allowable Image Types: jpg,jpeg,png
    Maximum File Size: No file size limit.
    Disk space allowed on your account: Unlimited
    Disk space used on your account: 175kb (179,360 bytes)
    Disk space remaining for your account: Unlimited

    Good eye! I just set it to 20MB total for each user, and 2MB per pic max.

    it's a good thing you fixed that. Some people just might have abused that unlimited feature.

    I guess starting up a new website isn't an easy thing. There are so much little things that can get overlooked.
