I think it would be nice if the Buy/Sell/Trade threads would disappear after the transaction was complete. Kind of like on Craigslist how posts expire after a specified amount of time. If threads had expiration dates, we wouldn't have to look through as many threads of things that had been sold or traded.

Or just an option for us members to delete the thread altogether once our own buy/sell/trade thread was completed.

Anyway, I love the site. Its waaaaay better than any other automotive forum I've been on (Tacoma or not). Keep up the good work!

It's nice sometimes to see what similar items have sold for when listing your own item

I plan to add a button the seller can click to declare the item sold or no longer for sale

Would the old sale threads still be searchable?

I like that. Nice and easy. Thanks! But I agree with Mike about it being nice to be able to search old postings. Maybe when the seller clicks that button it automatically adds a "SOLD!" in the thread title? That way members know prior to clicking on it that its already sold. Just a thought. Thanks again!

In the past, I've just PMd a mod to lock the thread after one of my items was sold.
