BST rating system

    I mentioned this in the "Good TW folks to deal with" thread, but I figure I'll mention it again here where it's more appropriate.

    It has been brought up in a few places that TW should have a BST rating system. I'm a member in a couple other forums that use a website called Heatware to rate others on BST transactions. It's free and still actively supported. It also isn't forum specific, so if you happen to join a new forum that has a BST section, you can link people to your Heatware site instead of having to rebuild your reputation.

    I figure it can be mentioned as a suggestion in the BST rules sticky, and people can link to their Heat profile in their sigs, and maybe it will catch on from there.
