This kinda made me think that im not ready for this. I do really like the look of the allpro kit with the rockjock. But 8k is a bunch. I dont know jack about 60s or soild axles in general. But is there a 60 king pin with drivers side drop that is about 65" wide?

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
Not without cutting it down. And you really don't want 65" unless your just running 35's. My front is just under 65" and mt 37's would hit all kinds of stuff unless I have a 3.25" BS wheel or wheel spacers.

Whats the ideal width, cause the 44 waggy is 63.5" and I thought thats what you wanted. And I understand the process of cutting down an axle and rewelding the Cs on at the correct angle but what do you do about axles?

63.5" with a 3.5" BS wheel and 35's is fine I found with my axle and 37's it was too narrow. Granted my wheels have a 4.30 BS I put on 1.25" wheel spacers that fixed it. I'm at 66.825 right now and it's perfect for my setup. you will need to buy new shafts after you cut the housing down. You really want too anyway even more if your going with a D44.

I know you have to buy new axoes but where do you find them at that point being that you need a custom lenght, do you have to special order them or do you find the right size axle and then cut the housing down to fit. And I plan on running 37s so I would be looking for 66-67"

There are tons of companies that build custom axle shafts. My knuckles are SpiderTrax so I had to go with theirs. You can find quits a few out there that will make you custom shafts. You just have to cut your housing first then measure and order the length you need. Just make sure to leave yourself time on the order mine took 16 weeks to complete and i missed MOAB last year because I didn't order soon enough.
