TRD super charger, URD fuel mods and 2.1 super grip pully, Headers, 2.5" glass pack, Dana 60 front 4 linked, 14bolt rears on chev 63's, 5.38 gears, ARB locker in the front, PSC full hydraulic steering, 18" SAW 2.5" triple rate coils overs, FOA 2.5 air bumps, B&M launch controls, B&M trans cooler, 4 alpine 6X8 type R's amped, Red led rock lights, CBI front and rear bumpers (my design) CBI sliders, 4 riggid dualys front 2 in the rear, custom track bar, ARB snorkle, warn VR8000 winch, Viair 480c twin compressers..
Ok guys I finally got some #'s for you.

Im at 31" frame height in the front with 5.5" of up travel
30.5" of frame height in the the rear with god knows how much up travel.
    Wheel base is 126.5"
im actually really happy with this. I was wanting 8" of up travel at 30" of frame height but with a 18" coil over and not cutting up the body at all I think I did good.

Have you driven it yet? I'd like to see how the front end handles with the geometry of you links being so tall.

He still needs to get his shocks charged and he will be able to drive it, but I don't think he has a front diff, or driveshaft or something yet. Basically no 4x4 yet.

yeah but don't need 4x4 to see how it handles down the road.

Copied and Pasted if it seems awkward...

So I got my drivelines from Dean, he's actually made it up this way and hand delivered them. Sweet!

EVERYONE told me that single joint has more travel, I'm getting 32* out of the rear neapco 1350CV no problem. Have 1410 yoke on front output and 1350 yoke on D60. The 1350 end has plenty of clearance. Using one of those 1/4" extended yokes from WFO.

1410 (supposedly more angle) binding like a dirty SOB.

I've mutilated the yokes at this point, barely clears on the one side but going to have to demolish the driveshaft yoke to get the straps to clear it.

I'm not really sure what to do. I'd bug Dean but he's off hunting. Keep partying on the yokes or what?

Pinion is giving me no trouble, it's got plenty of clearance!

Edit: I also fucked up and forgot to tell him I needed it solid stock for a bit after the t-case to clear my upper link mount so after dropping some significant coin on these shafts I had to mutilate my upper link mount at the frame. Will go back and box in.

Shouldn't have cheaped out I guess. Thought single joint was better for more angle.

Rear driveline game is on lock.

Just slightly less angle than the front.

I got carbide bur bits and compressed air out the ass but, not too keen on destroying shit and not sure how weak I'm going to make it if I continue...

I don't mind limit strapping and I will run limit straps but not gonna limit 10" early.

I also might add I'm basing this off the fact that profender says their 2.5s extend to 38" so the axle is sitting at 37"

I've been waiting for my coilovers to return for months, and they were supposed to be here today but maybe tomorrow...

So that'd be helpful but still 36 37 38 I'm binding like hell.

Oh and I told him both shafts would be at around 32* full droop...

and i thought I had drive line issues. also doing the 1410 on the front but since I give no fucks about high speed driving im going to run the offset joint that tomwoods sells.

Also drove the taco today made a few more adjustments suspentions and links do just fine down the road but that full hydro takes some getting used to and high speed stuff with it is sketch. but ill keep at it. thinking ill throw on a removable sway bar and see if that helps at all. over all im happy as fuck seeing how as I used shoe string and tape to figure out all my angles and lengths

don't get why people don't like tall trucks they are so handy. ill be happier when I get rims with way less back spacing.

yeah probably will. I expected it. Going to install a removable front sway bar for streetability and some wheel spacers till I get different rims. also some bump stops. and I can lower the front down some as well but I kinda like having 5" of up travel.
