Come on! 14 gauge is plenty!

I have a piece of 3/8 lined up, just testing my cut file with the 14 gauge.

I only welded the one side next to the diff it wrapped around the housing so it got welded on both sides at the top and bottom. I used 1/4 " plate and it was more than enough.

oh I forgot to mention why I put it closer to the diff. I wanted the drive line protection. So the closer it is to the drive line the better it can protect it from damage, it paid off in moab a few times.

I'll post more later. BTW the spring rate was too light lol... Kinda disappointed but sorta figured since everyone said so. But, I just went with what Ben @ filthy said. Spring was so light it fell to bump stops once weight was on and the spring is fully compressed

Nobody seems to want to help in the "what did you do today.." thread so I'll try here.

My front driveshaft caught the wires on my rear o2 plug and pulled the wires out of the plug and broke the connector. Can any of you guys take a pic of your rear o2 plug and harness showing which wire from the plug goes to which wire on the harness? I looked at the uppper o2 plug and the wires on the harness side are different from the rear.

If nobody gets it tonight I can grab one tomorrow. You would just be able to match the colors up. They may be a little different like black to gray or similar.

Awesome, yeah the colors on both the o2 sensors are the same but some of the colors on the harness side are different between the front and rear.

I could just look at how the wires go into the front connector and check the orientation of the connector as it goes into the harness then repeat on the rear plug just without the connector.

Or I could quit being cheap and buy a new plug.... nahhhh haha :D

Nah that's all I could find with a google search too. I need to see the colors of the wires on the harness side of the connection in the top left of the pic

Haha leave it to you to cut up something

Eric, see if you can snap me a pic of the color of the wires on the harness side with what's left of your o2 plug connected so I can see which wire goes where. My trucks starting to run rough since it happened
