Is it ok to use 85 4" front leafs to do a sas on a 97 Tacoma.

Yes for the front...there 4" long travels. Well I'm.trying to figure out how to fix my shackle angle, right now there 90` straight up n down and not kicked back. They are stock shackles so was thinking about just adding longer ones.

They can go forward much more. They will probably have to be moved forward at least 2". You'll have to fab up a small cantilever set up in order for them to be strong enough on the frame.



And on the backside gusset them so they don't fold on the frame.

Right, but the only longer ones that will work are the old school toyota rear leaf springs. They are 48" long, but still may not be long enough.

After looking at your pics I measured my mounts eye to eye were the leafs bolt up to there 45" center of the hole
