How bout running to a hydraulic shop and getting some built . Most hydraulic shops have all the fancy fittings you need . The hoses and fittings they use are designed for well over 3000 psi minimum pressure . This is what I use to do for my customers when the original junk failed .

Here is the complete parts manual for your truck showing diagrams and prices as of Oct/2013. I suggest downloading it all before it disappears .

I'd use fittings from both your shit and the 87 and have em build you a line, that's what I did.

Banjo -6AN to 16mm banjobolt to -6AN fitting for stock pump:

    choose your color,lol.

-6AN at the steering box with adaptors from PSC.

Then any hydraulic shop anywhere can make you a line if you need it.
